Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of milplumbheat.shop and any purchase of Warmwell products or membership. By placing an order you agree to them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer rights in your own country.

Warmwell sells ready-to-use home comfort, bath, spa and water goods — blankets, warmers, warm lighting, bath and spa accessories, and water goods. All products are supplied as described in USD. Product photographs are illustrative; the written description and contents list govern what is included.

Our products are ready to use and require no installation. We do not sell boilers, water heaters, gas appliances, radiators, or electrical or plumbing modification parts, and we do not provide any installation, fitting, maintenance or repair service.

• Low-power heating items (hand warmers, heat wraps, wheat warmers, wax melter) must be used strictly per the printed instructions. Never leave a heating item unattended and never use one overnight. They meet applicable UKCA / CE safety requirements.
• Hot water bottles must be used to their safety standard: do not fill with boiling water and replace them periodically.
• Candle-style items are flameless LED or soy-wax first; where any wax item is included, follow the enclosed fire-safety guidance.

Our warmth, bath and foot-care products are for comfort and wellbeing only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, or have circulatory or sensory conditions, diabetes or reduced skin sensitivity, consult a doctor before using heated products. See the Comfort Finder notice.

Bath salts, bath bombs, soaps and soak products are for external use only. Patch-test before first use, keep away from the eyes, and follow the ingredient and allergen information supplied with the product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep all products out of the reach of children.

Our water filter products improve taste and reduce chlorine odour only. They do not purify water and cannot make water that is microbiologically unsafe safe to drink. Do not use them to treat water of unknown or unsafe quality. Replace filter cartridges as directed.

All prices are shown in USD and may exclude taxes or duties that apply in your destination country. We take payment through Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are never seen by us.

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where there is a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud. The statement descriptor on your card is WARMWELL.

Comfort Club is a recurring subscription providing service benefits (member pricing, shipping perks and, on the top tier, a seasonal comfort box). Benefits apply for the current period only, do not roll over, and are not credits, stored value or a withdrawable balance. You can cancel anytime; benefits continue until the end of the paid period. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase. Accounts are not available to anyone under 13; customers aged 13–17 must have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Some products contain small parts — keep them away from young children (choking hazard).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for it. Please use every product only as intended and per its instructions.
