How long will my order take?+
Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days domestically and 7–15 internationally. See the Shipping Policy.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — unused, unopened items within 30 days (60 for Comfort Club+). For safety, opened hygiene items such as bath salts, soaps and filter cartridges cannot be returned. See Refunds & Returns.
Are the heating items safe?+
They are low-power comfort products, not medical devices. Use them per the printed instructions, never unattended or overnight. Details in the Terms.
Do the water filters purify water?+
No. They improve taste and reduce chlorine odour only, and cannot make unsafe water safe to drink.
How do I manage my membership?+
Cancel or update Comfort Club anytime from your Stripe customer portal, or email us. Benefits run to the end of the paid period.
Which currency are prices in?+
All prices are in USD, everywhere on the site.
