Shipping & Delivery Policy

Warmwell ships worldwide to the countries offered at checkout, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and selected European countries. All shipping prices are shown in USD.

A flat standard shipping fee is calculated and shown on the secure payment page before you pay. Comfort Club members receive free standard shipping, and Comfort Club+ members receive free express shipping, as part of their membership benefits. See membership.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery: typically 3–7 business days domestically and 7–15 business days internationally.
• Express delivery, where selected, is faster; the estimate is shown at checkout.
• Estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur, especially in peak seasons.

We dispatch through established postal and courier carriers appropriate to your destination. Where tracking is available, we email a tracking link once your parcel ships. Carriers receive only your name and delivery address to complete the delivery.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules if you are unsure.
